A new PM

Boris Johnson will become the next UK Prime Minister, promising to “deliver/get Brexit done” by the October deadline. Unfortunately, this promise has not been matched by any sort of realistic plan.

No deal has somehow returned as an “option” or negotiating strategy, even though Parliament is strongly opposed, and the EU has been clear the negotiations for the current legal text are over.

Much work remains to be done. Johnson and his team will have to deliver on a lot of promises, many of which the UK negotiating team already tried for and failed to get/solve over the last two years…
